Leases run for 6 or 12 months. To move in you pay 1 month advance plus 2 months security deposit. Contracts start on the 1st and 16th of each month.
We love pets too, but our building and rooms don't have space for them, so pets aren't allowed. Registered residents only past the elevator — you can meet guests at the ground-floor lobby.
